Gutter & Window Cleaning

Two finishing touches separate an OK pressure washing job from a great one: gutter face brightening and exterior window washing. Both are quick add-ons to a house wash, and both are usually what your neighbors notice first.

Gutter Face Brightening

Those black 'tiger stripes' running down your gutters? They're an oxidation byproduct of the gutter's own metal mixing with airborne algae. Standard pressure washing won't touch them. Baldwin Preaux Wash uses a specialized gutter brightener that lifts the oxidation chemically, restoring the original aluminum or painted finish.

This is a separate service from gutter interior cleanout (where we remove leaves and debris from inside the gutter). Most customers want both done at once.

Exterior Window Washing

Streak-free exterior window cleaning is included free with most full-service house washes, and available as a standalone service. We use deionized-water pole systems for upper floors (no ladders required, no streaks) and traditional squeegee techniques on accessible windows.

When to Add These Services

• Selling your home. Buyers form their first opinion in the driveway — clean gutters and windows are critical.
• Vacation rentals. Beach renters take photos of everything; bright gutters and clear windows show up.
• Annual refresh. Once a year, do a whole-property package: house soft wash + concrete + gutters + windows.
