Our Soft Wash Process

1. Pre-rinse landscaping. We saturate plants and grass with fresh water before applying any solution.
2. Apply soft-wash solution. Mild, biodegradable, plant-safe.
3. Dwell time. 5–15 minutes for the solution to break down biological growth.
4. Low-pressure rinse. Top-down, including soffits, eaves, and shutters.
5. Final landscape rinse. Plants get a final fresh-water soak.
6. Walk-through. We don't leave until you're happy.
